Starting in 1984 with a three-man crew and one house to build, Elliott Custom Homes (ECH) soon grew into a leading builder in southern NH. In the early years, building individual family homes quickly developed into creating full housing complexes requiring a much larger crew. By 1988, the larger condominium developments required a full management team with a mobile office and several crews to complete rough carpentry, finish carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. Expansion in the year 2000 generated a renewed discipline of site safety with employee training in health and safety awareness.

Having the right tools and equipment within easy reach of capable people in a safe friendly environment allows for efficient, quality construction and timely closings. In 1984, a couple of nail guns and a skill-saw may have handled the job effectively. Today, numerous sites require many service, utility and site vehicles with complete carpentry workshops on wheels bringing the best tools in the business to the ECH skilled craftsmen. With a full range of heavy equipment including excavators, rock trucks, screening plants, lulls, backhoes, skid steer, site generators, ground heaters, and hydro seeder enables total site management of the whole construction project. Year-round construction from first level site preparation, through finished landscaping provides ongoing employment to build a skilled team who produce the highest quality homes available.

ECH has gained a reputation in the industry as a builder of the highest integrity who does the job right. This solid reputation further developed into a great rapport with town officials and building inspectors as well as customers. These relationships mean smooth sailing from the initial building permit through the various approvals, to an on-time occupancy permit and closing. This hassle free process keeps the focus on the mission to build quality homes without distraction.
