POSITION TITLE : LABORER.
General Description of Duties : Keeps site clean at all times. Goes to dump when necessary. Grades garages and basements prior to pouring concrete floors. Off-site pickup of materials. Landscaping duties including, but not limited to, raking, laying sod, mowing, and snow removal. General Description of Duties : Completion of various punch list items in an occupied area. General knowledge of all trades, i.e., electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and framing. Minimum Qualifications Required (may include education and/or related experience) : Must possess a thorough knowledge of all aspects of finish and miscellaneous carpentry. Ability to interact with customers in a professional manner. Five years minimum experience in a related field. Must have valid driver's license. Must be able to interact well with others in a team environment. Must be in good physical condition. POSITION TITLE : FRAMERS.
General Description of Duties : General knowledge of framing procedures in the Northeast area. Must be able to read basic building plans. Experienced with the safe and effective use of power tools and air driven equipment. Ability to receive and follow directions from Framing Foreman and management. Minimum Qualifications Required (may include education and/or related experience) : Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Valid driver's license preferred. Must be able to interact well with others in a team environment. Must be in good physical condition. POSITION TITLE : FRAMING FOREMAN.
General Description of Duties : Responsible for maintaining site cleanliness and safety at all times and for keeping the framing crew organized, productive, and on-schedule. Minimum Qualifications Required (may include education and/or related experience) : Must be capable of supervising a framing crew for the construction of a project from start to finish. Must be able to read construction drawings. Must be able to calculate and order materials and allocate same to proper job site. Must have knowledge of all construction phases. Must have valid drivers license. Must be able to work in a professional manner as a respected leader while adhering to company guidelines. Must be in good physical condition. POSITION TITLE : EQUIPMENT OPERATOR.
General Description of Duties : Operation of various equipment to include, but not limited to: skid steers, backhoe, excavator, and 6-wheel dump. Duties to include digging foundation holes and backfilling them. Run water and sewer pipes, grade and spread loam. Utility trenches and general site work. Be willing to get out of machines to perform other duties when necessary. Some maintenance work will be needed (grease, oil & lube). Will check in with the Site Foreman daily. Lull operation a plus. Minimum Qualifications Required (may include education and/or related experience) : 5 years experience in excavation or a similar field. Layout and grade experience a plus. Must be capable of operating heavy equipment and machinery. Must have valid drivers and commercial licenses. Must be able to interact well with others in a team environment. Must be in good physical condition. POSITION TITLE : PAINTER.
General Description of Duties : Knowledge and experience in the preparation, ordering, and inventory of all construction surface coatings. Ability to schedule and perform duties simultaneously with other trades. Minimum Qualifications Required (may include education and/or related experience) : Must have a thorough knowledge of the priming and preparation of all surfaces. Experience working with latex, oils, stains, etc. Ability to follow projects through to completion, including touch ups to buyer's satisfaction and site cleanliness. Follow proper mixing and storage procedures with all materials. Capable of following written and oral instructions. Must be able to interact well with others in a team environment. Must be in good physical condition. POSITION TITLE : Site Supervisor.
General Description of Duties : Interfaces with buyers to ensure all custom modifications, i.e., structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and landscaping, are completed to their satisfaction. Schedule delivery of all material necessary for the completion of contracted units, as stated in the Purchase and Sale Agreement. Supervises and determines the schedule of all tradesmen including the following subcontractors: Surveyors, Excavation Site Preparation, Foundation Formers, Electricians, Plumbers, Drywallers, HVAC, and Finish Carpenters; and the following Company Personnel: Laborers, Painters, Punch List Carpenters, and Framers. Minimum Qualifications Required (may include education and/or related experience) : Must have a thorough knowledge of all facets of the construction industry. Ability to communicate on all levels including management, employees, and buyers. Must have valid drivers license (commercial certification a plus). Must be able to work in professional manner as a respected leader. Must possess the knowledge and the ability to stay current with all building codes. Must be in good physical condition. General Description of Duties : Oversees al field operations including, but not limited to, the following: Surveyors, Excavation, Grading, Roads, Foundations, Utilities, and Framing. Coordinates scheduling and daily tasks with the Site Supervisor. Minimum Qualifications Required (may include education and/or related experience) : Must be capable of operating heavy equipment and machinery safely. Must be able to work in a professional manner as a respected leader while adhering to company guidelines. Must have valid drivers and commercial licenses. Must be in good physical condition. POSITION TITLE : MASTER PLUMBER.
General Description of Duties : A person who has completed all areas of study and training required to pass the state licensing board exams. This license must be current. Master is experienced in all phases of residential and commercial applications. Ha the ability to conduct an apprentice program, order and control inventory and oversee all paperwork required. Licensing in NH is a must and multiple state licensing a plus. Minimum Qualifications Required (may include education and/or related experience) : Must have valid drivers license. Must be able to comprehend written and oral instructions. Must be able to interact well with others in a team environment. Must be in good physical condition. POSITION TITLE : APPRENTICE PLUMBER.
General Description of Duties : Any person who is engaged in learning and assisting in the installation of plumbing and drainage under the apprenticeship program acceptable to the State of NH plumbing board. Minimum Qualifications Required (may include education and/or related experience) : Must have valid drivers license. Must be able to comprehend written and oral instructions. Must be able to interact well with others in a team environment. Must be in good physical condition. POSITION TITLE : JOURNEYMAN PLUMBER.
General Description of Duties : Any person who customarily performs the work of installing plumbing and drainage under the direction of a Master Plumber. Journeyman must have a current Journeyman's license and have the required school and work time documented. Minimum Qualifications Required (may include education and/or related experience) : Must have valid drivers license. Must be able to comprehend written and oral instructions. Must be able to interact well with others in a team environment. Must be in good physical condition. POSITION TITLE : MASTER ELECTRICIAN.
General Description of Duties : A person who has completed all licensing requirements of the State of NH's Electrical Board. This person must have a minimum of 5 years experience in all phases of residential and commercial work. Multiple state licensing a plus. The Master Electrician must be able to conduct an apprentice program, read plans, oversee the ordering and inventory requirements and direct the work assignments of his team, including installing electrical wires, conduits, apparatus fixtures, plan reading, and other electrical equipment. General Description of Duties : A person doing the work of installing electrical wires, conduits, apparatus, fixtures, and other electrical equipment. A journeyman shall be employed by a Master Electrician and shall work under the direction and supervision of a Master Electrician.
